BTS Throttle Body & Air Intake Cleaner is an aggressive solvent blend formulated to quickly clean throttle body, throttle valve, idle air control valves, PCV valves, and other intake components where deposits occur. These deposits can cause rough idling, stalling, hard starting and poor acceleration. BTS B-00112 rapidly removes gum, dirt, varnish, and carbon deposits & other contaminants that inhibit maximum performance. It will not harm oxygen sensors or catalytic converters.
Usage suggestion: Remove air intake duct to expose the throttle body. Spray area to be cleaned thoroughly including throttle valve. Allow solvent to soak for 10 to 60 seconds. Spray again to blast away deposits. Use extension tube for tight areas. NOTE: Do not use on vehicles with superchargers, turbo chargers, diesel engines or rotary engines.
