BTS T-7 Pipe Sealant is a high performance gasketing pipe sealant material with PTFE, which provides high lubricity to all threaded metal substrates and immediate low pressure sealing performance on tapered pipe threads. The product is designed to cure when in contact with metals and without air by anaerobic reaction up to the burst rating or the pipe itself. The product cures to a solid plastic, completely sealing against hydraulic fluids, air, most gases, and most chemicals. It is an excellent replacement for pipe dopes and pipe tapes. BTS T-7 is particularly effective on stainless steel, aluminum, and all other metal pipe threads.
